casiokids - Finn bikkjen!
great song!
I'm currently listening to kent- m (music on shuffle)
through my lovely new soundmagic E10 earphones I got for christmas. Luckily they came back into stock from Amazon just in time for them to be delivered by santa!
Wow- kent sounds even better- things are coming through that I've never heard before!

You should listen to kent on a number of different audio systems, cd player in your car, mp3, potable cdplayer, cheap stereo, more expensive. It's always a surprise what you hear.
Great b-sides from DOJD. I like them a lot
Nihilisten plays now, followed by Välgärningar & illdåd
I don't think Röd has left my cd player in my hifi much since I got it! (except to give EPIS a few weeks in there- Röd went back in as it's my exercise cd)- my mp3 player and my hifi is all I have to listen to music on these days. (no car, since I can't drive!)
Mostly I listen through my headphones on my mp3 player walking to and from work, but I love listening at night, in the dark in my bed (usually when my insomnia appears!).
The lack of outside noise, and because it's dark, means I can really concentrate on the music properly.
I love picking out an instrument and 'following' it through the song- concentrating on this instrument and nothing else, sometimes it's a certain guitar part, or the drums, or just vocals/ backing vocals, sometimes it's easy to do, sometimes not- but it's amazing how you can pick up different/ new bits in a song this way.
I can't quite describe it properly, but what I love with 'in-ear' earphones (you know, the ones with rubber buds that block a lot of outside noise) is that sometimes an instrument (or vocal) is mixed so that it 'appears' at the front of my head, or at the back or for example, somewhere around my left eyebrow.
I probably sound totally crazy now but since no one else can hear in my head, that's the best I can explain it.
One thing I've noticed with my new earphones (and kent have been on shuffle on my player since I got the new earphones, so this just relates to their songs so far), is that the drums sounds amazing, clear and defined, and I can hear every little tap on the cymbals, without overpowering the rest of the instruments.
I'd love to have really expensive earphones, but I'm terrified I'd wreck them, and then I'd have to go back to cheaper ones, and the music wouldn't sound as good!
The Soundsmagic's have had great reviews and they won the 2011 what hifi? award for their price band, I'm pleased I got them over the cheaper Sennheisers cx300 I'd been looking at for a while before I discovered these. Oh, and I recently redid all my mp3 files at 320 quality, not point having crappy quality files, either.
oh, and Nihilisten sounded great too!
Oops, sorry for the essay
