Peter, Bjorn and John wouldn't open for kent lol. If anything, kent would open for Peter, Bjorn, and John on maybe a UK gig (not saying they actually will but it's more possible then them opening for kent). Peter Bjorn and John are on their way to becoming another popular Swedish band in the UK with just one single, kent still don't have anything sadly.

Kent only headlines shows. Even more established acts than Peter Björn and John would jump to the opportunity to support Kent.
