The Best Kent Song So Far

Very interesting results so far. Negative surprise: The King Is Dead. Positive Surprise: Nålens Öga & Den Döda Vinkeln...

Too many good songs to choose from, so one or another song is going to give you a negative surprise.

I agree that Den Doda Vilkeln is a little overrated - still listenable, but not my favourite either. Personally I like the super-long outro for Nålens Öga, but I can also see how that would get irritating.

I suppose that hearing the English version first for Musik Non Stop would sort of set a bit of a bias, as well if you can't understand the Swedish lyrics too! I always thought that the lyrics for MNS-sv. were more suited to the song...the en. version it just sort of felt like Joakim was saying whatever fit the spaces...in the sv. version it is MUCH more about dancing! ...and the lyrics for The King Is Dead are much better in swedish too! :P

P.S. Came back from the magnificent The Whip concert last night and have been listening to Mannen I Den Vita Hatten non-stop for the last 60 minutes!
