Can anyone help translate the lyrics? After 20 more times listen of this song, I'm even starting to sing along with the lines, even though i have no idea what i'm humming....

btw, the melody of the first line sounds just the same with Elefanter, but surprisingly it still turns out to be another kent new song to me, so catchy and anthem like (eg: song which fans can clap their hands and sing out loud with jocke)

I think the line "Håll ditt huvud högt" is used as a common swedish expression, and therefore I find the english analogue "Hold your head up high" more matching. To me, it seems more like aiming towards a goal and holding the weight of a cliché rather than your translation.

But that's really of no importance, but trying to make the translation a bit more breathing. I agree about the Elephant similarity, but at the same time it's exactly as you say; the song distinguishes itself from Elefanter.

Thank you tomaspitea and loveavtryck for the kind translation! And yeah about the elefanter similarity, after reading the translation, those two songs are more like echoes to each other. Maybe it's this line that makes me have this thought:

It just reminds me of elefanter's father figure, though it's again just my guessing... and truly Håll ditt huvud högt stands out to have its own spirit.

Yeah, maybe. I was quite drunk when I wrote that. Anyway, at the time I believe that I considered "hold your head high" as a, uhm, summoning instead of the more catchy frase "hold your head UP high". As you say, it's just a question of definition.

Maybe "hold your head up high" would fit in better to the melody, but yeah I did the translation so they would understand what the song is about, so the work with doing it perfectly singable is still there for someone else

Its uncertain, they says its still a work in progress. We will have to wait and see if they ever record and release it. They have confirmed that they will continue working on new material this fall.
