World Championship: I think Russia, hope Sweden.
NHL: Sick that it's 3-0 both for philadelpia and for Chicago. I Think Philadelphia will get the cup this year.

Missed a lot of hockey this season and definitely the playoffs. I am soooooo behind but I've had so many things going on and couldn't follow it.
I hope Chicago or San Jose wins it.
Don't know about the World Champs. Definitely haven't followed that this year. My friend has kept me updated here and there.

I dearly hope (since the Red Wings are eliminated) that the Blackhawks get the cup this year! They've been an amazing team lately with the additions of e.g. Marian Hossa, Tomas Kopecky, Kim Johnsson and John Madden.
On the WC subject I hope and think to 99% that Russia wins it...
....c'mon, they've got players like Kovalchuk, Semin, Ovechkin, Fedorov, Datsyuk and such. Not band, and certainly not every team can cope w/ that.
Sweden have been impressing though.

Yeah, until 8 seconds before having a spot in the finals they have been, haha. Ouch
Sooo... Datsyuk's supposed 2-2 goal didn't count tonight. Such a shame Russia were eliminated even if they played very ugly. The Czechs on the other hand really deserved this victory in my opinion.

Yeah, Russia scored one goal a second too late. Tough luck for them today. I guess the Czech should feel very fortunate, first beating Finland and then Sweden, both on penalties, and now the favourites, Russia.

Yeah czech republic had a few lucky ones there, but they did play good games.
Gotta laugh at Swedens time outs...
