By industry standards (developed in the 50` and 60`) VinterNoll2
1) is a "non-album single"
2) appears on the FF/VinterNoll2 "double A-side single".
Thus VinterNoll 2 is the non-album single half of a double A-side, the other half of which is an album single a-Side.
This also means that the song has the most complex release definition known to the industry.

VinterNoll2 is not:
a B-Side
a döner kebab shop

The addition of vinterNoll2 makes this poll completely pointless, since it`s obviously going to win: it`s a single quality song! It`d be on a Kent best of CD for god`s sake! A live regular! They gave it single quality attention and a beautiful, bright mastering. B-sides are usually lesser in sound, produced with less care and sometimes lacking in structural finish, such as a well-defined outro, solos, a middle 8 etc.
The game of comparing B-sides is a good one for exactly the above mentioned reasons - you can attempt to find gems and further information on a creative era among songs deemed lesser by the artist.

That said, I prefer the Palace och Main B-sides to the Max 500 ones. Both Alla mot Alla and Nihilisten are better than some D&JD songs. All and all D&JD was a great B-sides era for Kent and they did make a lot of material back then. V&A was weak that way, and Tillbaka is quite OK but nothing spectacular.

What I want to know is when B-Sidor 01-0x will be out, so I can hear some of this stuff without buying all the singles. Or if only you could legally acquire the MP3s here in the US...maybe that will happen if that "The First Time Records" US Kent Release thing mentioned on Kent Junkie ever happens.

I know the best b-side since 2001 for me is December, really nice song. I used to like Bass Riff and Chans and Din Skugga a lot but now it's definetely December.

Ok, so I said M, but now that Vinternoll2 is being allowed in the vote, that's what i went for, it's one of my fave Kent songs full stop.

But if it was just B-sides, it would have been M, no doubt.

M doesn't stand out for me, I like the melody and everything. But I've listened to it lots of times and I still can't remember how the tune goes, so not a memorable song I guess.
