Well here it was: the tour start we've all been waiting for!

And it was...excellent!

A few surprises: no special guest, "Elefanter" didn't start the set, "747" didn't end the regular set, Jocke played without a guitar on over half the songs, "Kärlenken Väntar" was the only song played from "Vapen & Ammunition," and Sami didn't say a word in Finnish.

The production was exceptional. All sorts of great video sequences and other effects were displayed on one huge screen behind the band (where it belongs instead of left and right of the band).

All the way from "Vy Fran Ett Luftslott" to "Mannen in den Vita Hatten" the show took 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Last song regular set: Ensamest in Sverige.
First encore: Elefanter.
Last song first encore set: 747.

Thank you very much guys! Looking forward to the Stockholm shows!

It's actually not that surprising, Jocke Berg said in an interview with Swedish radio P3 just after the release of the album that they rehearsed Nihilisten a lot during the recordings of the new album. And it's said that they found it very amusing to play the song.

So I think we'll hear Nihilisten in lots of other concerts this autumn as well!

oh i didnt know that due to my zero knowledge of swedish... so thank you for telling me this info!! anyways fans who went to see them live in helsinki are really lucky ones though, they played M there too way back to turne 19 in 2005. i'm just eager to hear those amazing songs live so much...

Which lists did you see? I only saw one version on the Swedish forum which looked accurate.

well I saw them there... one has Max 500, Another one place Ingenting during the Encore, another one where they play Klåparen... I'm confused...

Max 500 was song number three. Ingenting was played in the regular set and Klaparen wasn't played at all...

A few things that surprised me were:

- no t-shirts with tour dates on sale
- green kent logos rather than the pink/purple color of the current cd (however, you get used to it)
- 4 posters for 20 EUROS. I just wanted the album cover.
- the audience with seating tickets remained in their seats!?
- no drinks could be bought after the show started!?

Still, I really enjoyed the evening!

That's because they were told to remain seated (at least that's what I heard). If someone got up, the security guys told them to sit down so that the people behind them could also see. Ridiculous, I know. I've never understood why people would even want to sit at a (rock) gig? Oh well, I was in the front and enjoying 110%
