Song BMG came after me on YouTube and I had to delete the Kent music videos. I'm really surprised my account it still activated to be honest. I deleted them, though.

It's free as long as it's not copyrighted. All Kent videos are copyrighted by Sony BMG.. well except the 747 video I had up a long time ago--MTV came after me for that.

Yes it's illegal. If you didn't upload it, nothing is going to happen to you.

When I did it it was lots of videos at myspace that I could choose from..
I think that other users can remove it and noone had done so..

It's not being naive. It's appreciating the band and their music. If they're going to upload it to YouTube, why not enable embedding? This is how music gets around. No one does street teams anymore, they use technology.
